BIBC2025 Computer Vision Workshop Schedule

Author

Patrick Li

The workshop will provide a comprehensive overview of computer vision, beginning with an introduction to reticulate and torch for integrating R and Python, followed by fundamental concepts in image classification. Participants will then explore neural networks and delve into convolutional neural networks in two parts, covering both theory and practical implementation. The workshop concludes with advanced topics in object detection and image segmentation.

Please note that the timing for some sessions may be adjusted during the day to accommodate progress and ensure adequate rest breaks. However, the workshop topics and their order will remain unchanged.
